It all started about 4 years ago. 2 very good and talented friends were working in their garage on a new start-up called Sortfix. At the time I was still working for a mobile operator, and started working a ‘second shift’ at nights trying to find funding for Sortfix and doing some marketing for them as well.

Three years later, I quite my day job. I’m a self-employed Business Developer, focusing on content websites, assisting with business development, strategy, sales and marketing.  Sortfix that were my first project, became a company in 2009 and got funded.  My current portfolio also includes partnership in Holes In The Net – Israel’s leading digital content website, business development for Forex Crunch, Best Of  Tel-Aviv and a couple of pre-seed stage startups.

Additionally, I’m one of the founders of The Wadi, an Israeli leading tech blog in English.

Here, on this blog I’ll share my thoughts and insights on  my projects and interesting things I find work related or not. Additional to the contact page you can also mail me at doron @ dorongez . com
