After working hard for several months, TheWadi.com is launched today. Gal Mor, Yohay Elam and myself are launching The Wadi, A hub for Israeli high-tech companies and start-ups. We aim to publish all the relevant news for Israeli Internet companies in global markets in real time – becoming a primary source for news about Israeli Web companies.

In addition to news and reviews, The Wadi hosts an extensive index of Israeli web companies that will include details about their activities, latest news, contact details and an option to order detailed reports by email.
The Wadi can also be followed on Twitter, Facebook, RSS and mail

The idea behind Sortfix was improving day-to-day search for all users and retrieving relevant results by changing the users’ original query. Sortfix changes users’ queries combining two semantic algorithms and Drag & Drop interface.

Sortfix was one of my first projects as a business developer. I managed a social media campagin with Sortfix as part of the preparation for launching the new version in Januray 2010. the project was started in November 2009 and was set for two months. In these 2 months we built the grounds for a wide social media activity, including a very fresh blog, a video channel with HD clips, twitter account with almost daily updates and other social features.
After finishing the project with growth in unique visits and pageviews, I keep contributing content to Sortfix’s Blog.
